US FLAG Jesse R. Kay passed away on Dec. 18th, 1992
Jan. 28th, 2002

My grandfather, Jesse R. Kay, was in the Navy for 30 years. He served on the USS Salt Lake City from Nov. 1940 to Jan. 1943. It was his second home. He loved it and didn't want to leave it.
