USS SLC...USN...Stephen Kostanski, S1c Stephen Kostanski passed away on June 11, 1995. Information from son, Don Kostanski Feb. 7th, 2008 Hi, I came across this website. I remember my father always talking about being in the navy and he always mentioned the Salt Lake City so I was curious. This ship has quite a history. My dad lived in Springfield MA for many years. I don't know if you can determine if he would qualify as a Plank Owner or not, all the info and dates are on the back of his discharge paper. Don Kostanski
