US FLAG Miles H. Noyce passed away on Nov. 20th, 1979 in Michigan

I am looking for information on a Miles Henry Noyce, who served on the SLC during WWII.

This gentleman was my father-in-law's father. I'm hoping you may be able to give me some advice as to where I may be able to look up more information, and possibly a service record for my father-in-law who has very little from his father.
