Date Unknown: Letter from daughter Cathy Stoker to Myron Varland: SLC Memorabilia

The letter states that William suffered a fall in his home last May [no year] and broke his back. He was paralyzed from his shoulders down. She was wanting to contact some of his shipmates so they could write to him.

Served aboard NTS Great Lakes, IL. and USS SLC
Honorable Discharge.
