US FLAG Lloyd D. Tipton passed away on June 10th, 2005. Info. from Ted Tipton & Lester Workman
Oct. 8, 2005

Letter written by Ted Tipton, nephew of SLC Veteran, Lloyd D. Tipton, and sent to Lester Workman. Lester then reported this to SLC Pres., Louis Rehm.

Dear Louis,
Recently we received a call from Ted Tipton concerning the death of his Uncle Lloyd Tipton.

He had found letters, pictures, etc. that gave our address and phone number. He wrote that Lloyd had fallen and wasn't found for a couple of days, taken to the hospital and put in intensive care. He seemed to recover, then suddenly passed away on June 10th, 2005. He would have been 80 years old in August.

Lester Workman

#46 in "B" Division, 1945
Youngest Veteran at the 1975 SLC Association Reunion
