US FLAG Richard C. "Dick" Troy passed away in 1975

Richard Troy was "called" on April 5, 1944 and reported to Great Lakes Boot and then FC school then to Hawaii where he began his tour on SLC.

He was dicharged as FC 3/c at Great Lakes, ILL, March 13, 1946.
