US FLAG Clyde W. Dechant, 87, of Dunedin, formerly of Largo, died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, at Bay Pines VA. Medical Center. He came here in 1953 from his native Renovo, Pa., and worked as a truck driver for Central Truck Lines. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and served at Guadalcanal aboard the USS Salt Lake City. He was Protestant and a member of the American Legion.
