USS SLC...Enlisted Navy...Harold L. Duncan, PhM2c

Sept. 9th, 2003

Hello Sandy,

My name is David Duncan. My father Harold L. Duncan served on the Salt Lake City from early 1943 through the end of the war. He is alive and well and resides in Oakland California. I just ran into this website and will tell him about it immediately.

He is #6 in the picture of the "H" Division, 1943. He does not own or operate a computer but I will make sure that he see's this website. I am sure that he would enjoy any information regarding his old shipmates that can be mailed to him.

Perhaps I can get him to fill out the questionnaire and join the SLC Association. You have done a great job on the website! Good Luck and God Bless

Regards,
David Duncan
