Albert was born on Aug. 29th, 1924 in El Paso, TX. & enlisted in the Navy on Sept. 11th, 1941 in San Diego, CA. & received an honorable discharge on Nov. 26th, 1945.

According to the SLC Deck Log, Albert boarded the USS SLC CA25 on March 18th, 1942 & served on her until 1944.

He also served on USS WALSH [years unknown].
