August 15th, 2001

In June I went home (Cincinnati Ohio) for a family reunion. I asked my mom for [Clay Bowling] Dad's Navy album, and she gave it to me. It is a suede covered log, embossed with a likeness of the Salt Lake City. In front of the album were pages set aside for autographs and sentiments. There were spaces for 48 entries, and there were fifty names. I searched the SLC shipmates names and tried to find some information on each person that signed his book.
