Henderson, Jr., RT2c 1410 - Pursuant to Com Des Pac Ltr. No. 472 of March 7, 1943 received C. E. Young, CMM on board with bag, records and accounts from USS COGLAN FFt to Rec. Station, San Francisco, CA. April 1st, 1943 1415 - Received the follow men on board with bags & hammocks from USS CALDWELL FFT to Rec. Station San Francisco, CA. for leave: W. W. Harrison, CBM R. A. Bennett, RM2c J. C. Beebe, MM1c J. A. Fleener S1c J. F. Foeppel, SM1c F. R. Fussell, CWT E. J. Kavany, MM2c J. E. Morris, MM1c W. W. Peterson, CMM H. M. Peyton, FC1c C. E. Sickman, CMM P. A. Swanson, S1c D. L. Thornburg, GM1c F. S. Knight, Lt. USN [16 to 20] Lt. Maher returned aboard having completed duties as shore patrol officer. The remaining men listed in [12 to 16] returned aboard having completed temporary shore patrol duty
