Sentence: To lose $26 dollars from his pay per month for a period of 2 months. Total loss of pay: $52.

Published the transcript of Deck Court Martial in the case of Evans, Billy Louis, S2c and ball-red-02 Deceased Todd, Richard Junior, S2c. Offense: AWOL for 2 days, 4 hours and 30 minutes. Finging guilty approved by Convening Authority. Sentence: To lose $21 dollars from his pay per month for a period of 2 months. Total loss of pay: $42.

The Commanding Officer held mast this date and assigned the following punishments:
Turner, Alfonso Alonzo, Matt2c. Offense: Attacking another man with a knife, fighting; punishment: Three days of solitary confinement on bread and water.

Pederson, Harold George, F2c. Offense: AWOL for 1 day 40 minutes. Improper Uniform. No Liberty Card. Punishment: A deck court.

Feid, F. L., S1c, returned aboard having been AWOL for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Main, Kenneth Leroy, MM2c reported aboard with bag, hammock, records and accounts for duty.

Transferred Schaffner, Harold Francis, MM2c to the USS UTAH for duty.

Bertman, Robert H., S2c returned aboard under guard and in an intoxicated condition having been overboard for 40 minutes; as a resut of his own misconduct. Sent to sickbay.
