Diagnosis: Simple fracture. Jun. 3rd, 1944 Transferred Hansen, Leo Charles, S2c, Diagnosis: Dislocation, chronic recurrent of right shoulder, Went, Zane Stanislaus, S2c, Diagnosis: Hallas Vulgus, to US Naval Hospital, Mare Island, CA. Transferred Carter, Lyle Edward, Ensign to the US Naval Hospital, Mare Island, CA., with health records and accounts. Offutt, Thomas Frances, FC1c and Van Ness, Joseph Ramsey, FC2c were transferred to the CO, Naval Repair Base, San Diego, CA. to Advanced Fire Control School for a special two week course in Mk. 33 Directors. Immediately upon completion of schooling they will report back to this ship for further duty. Transferred Jin, Tom Kwong, S2c to the US Naval Hospital, Mare Island, CA., for treatment of Influenza.
